Why doesn’t the device turn on?
Please be aware that the device will not turn on until you input 3 AAA batteries. The batteries can be inserted by turning the knob on the bottom side of the tool.
Please also make sure that the batteries are inserted correctly (with the correct + and - sides).
The device will turn on if you plug it into your computer, but this is not the normal way to use the product.
Why is the thermal camera’s reaction time so slow?
At this price, we offer a 320 x 240 resolution. The frame rate is under 7, so slight lag may occur with fast movements—normal for detecting general issues.
How long will the batteries last?
The thermal camera can last up to 60 minutes of constant usage with brand-new batteries.
What is the warranty policy for this product?
The Innova 3361 comes with a limited 1-year warranty. Only applies to new purchases.
Is the product easy to use?
Yes! Simply turn on the device by pressing the ON button for 3 seconds. The device should then turn on and work right away.
Make sure you have 3 AAA batteries installed.
