Does the 3300a have reverse polarity protection?
Yes, the 3300a has an automatic negative (-) polarity indication symbol.

Does the 3300a Auto-Ranging DMM have a low battery indicator?
Yes. The 3300a Auto-Ranging DMM will display a battery symbol on the LCD when low.

What does OL mean?
If the test current isn't detected, it means there is no continuity. The screen will display 1 or OL (open loop).

Can this tool measure AMPS?
No, it cannot. You would need the 3320 or 3340 DMM.

What kind of batteries does this use?
The 3300a uses two 1.5-volt (LR44) batteries.
