At this price, we offer a 320 x 240 resolution. The frame rate is under 7, so slight lag may occur
with fast movements—normal for detecting general issues.
The thermal camera can last up to 60 minutes of constant usage with brand new batteries.
Although not common, we have heard some customers complain that they received a used product. If you
received what looks like a used product, please take a picture and send us an email. We’ll investigate
and if valid, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.
The Innova 3360 comes with a limited 1-year warranty. Only applies to new purchases.
